Firewood Delivery Information
1. For free delivery your order will be delivered in 2-5 working days.
2. If you require specific date and time, then extra charge will be applied.
3. We offer nationwide log delivery across the UK using third-party pallet distribution networks. Their delivery vehicles are equipped with tail-lifts to lower pallets/logs. The drivers with endevear to position them on your property using a pump truck. Please note, this is a kerb side delivery at the drivers discretion onsite, please note the pump truck cannot travel over soft or loose surfaces such as gravel or grass, and excess gradients may pose health and safety risks
4. Your firewood is delivered on a vehicle that needs clearance of 3.8m in height, 2.8m in width and 11m in length (incl. taillight ) in order to access your property. Please ensure that your delivery area is large enough to accommodate this size of the vehicle.
5. The surface of the area should be level, not on a slope, and made of sturdy material, rather than grass. We cannot deliver pallets if the access road offers a smaller clearance space than is required, so ensure that the access roads all adhere to these specifications on the day of delivery. It is your responsibility to do so.
6. Pallet Truck Delivery Common obstacles restricting access to a requested point include, but are not limited to:
Narrow entrances
Gravel driveways
Uneven surfaces
Moderate inclines
This may result in delivery to kerbside, and you have to physically move the product to where you want it on your property.
7. Important Notes:
The delivery vehicle does not have a crane and cannot lift kiln dried logs over fences, walls, or hedges.
